GACT.com, an emerging web based mobile development firm, has announced the update of DAY element, the studio’s popular personal organizational utility for the iPhone and iPod touch. Employing a logical vertically integrated structure for ease of use, DAY element 1.2 allows the user to update and keep track of personal tasks and expenses on a daily, weekly, or monthly scale. This app is designed to let users retrieve or input information quickly and can store multiple tasks at once. Perhaps most importantly, a critical bug apparent in the first edition of this app has been thoroughly worked out and resolved with this update as well. DAY element 1.2 is currently available in the iTunes App Store.
The newly release version of DAY element includes a number of significant improvements over its predecessor. Perhaps chief among these improvements is the introduction of integrated budget and expenses tracking through the app’s calendar. Two-tiered categorization is also available, allowing users to sub-divide their tasks and more effectively prioritize their schedules as a result. Furthermore the option of repeated tasks allows users to input tasks that needed to be completed on a weekly or monthly basis as well without worrying about needing to reset them each time they are completed.
